Who would have thought the world would see Simon Cowell sing on a show he’s so famous in?
Well close enough. See, a company called Metaphysic teamed up with a former “AGT” contestant named Daniel Emmet.
The team created a deepfake version of Cowell singing Chicago’s classic ballad “You’re the Inspiration.”
Emmet was called out on the stage where he stood in front of a special camera.
His image was beamed onto a large screen behind him.
Cowell’s head was on Emmet’s body it seemed, and he was actually singing the tune.
